1. Scope of Appeals
Users may appeal the following decisions:
- Removal of a classified listing
- Suspension or banning of a user account
- Rejection of editorial submissions or comments
- Flagging or removal of posted content (photos, descriptions, etc.)
2. Appeal Submission Process
To submit an appeal, users must contact us at info@heritagepictorial.com within 7 days of the original decision. Appeals must include:
- The user’s full name and account email
- A clear explanation of what is being appealed
- Any supporting information or clarification (e.g., screenshots, documentation)
3.Review Process
- Appeals will be reviewed by a member of our moderation or editorial team within 5–10 business days.
- We may request additional information or clarification from the user during this period.
- All decisions are made in good faith and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4.Final Decisions
- The outcome will be communicated to the user via email.
- In most cases, the decision following the appeal will be considered final.
- Repeat or abusive appeal submissions may result in further moderation or account action.
5. Editorial Discretion
For magazine content, Heritage Pictorial retains editorial discretion and may decline to publish material that conflicts with our mission, values, or audience standards—even if it does not violate platform rules.
